2nd generation of qFLASH

2nd generation of qFLASH combines quantum dot antibody labelling and quantum signal detection technology to quantitatively measure the concentraton of molecular biomarkers.

Quantum dots can emit much stronger light after excitation, and they label antibody convalently so that the labelled antibody is very stable and homogenous. After the binding of labeled antibody to antigen protein then to fixed antibody at T line of strip during lateral flow, it will form uniform labeled antibody-antigen protein-fixed antibody sandwich complex and can be detected by quantum signal detection analyzer after excitation. For this reason, the new qFLASH biomarker test strips are more sensitive and specific.
